Oh let me clarify, I've eaten 1800 cals once on a very streneous day of all-day activities and I aljso only usually net 1300 calories when i'm sedentary or not exercising

I just tried Fage 0% fat Greek yesterday and today its gone. Looks like thats my favorite. I would go for 2% but it seems higher fat yogurt gives me heartburn ._.

I do IF sometimes during the weekdays since I only have time to cook for myself during certain times of day. I think the fact that the word "fasting" really uglys up the idea as many cultures practice different eating times and many of the times people unknowingly do IF anyway. It's just the period of time attached to it.…

When I used to work at the airport with no way of bringing liquids I searched high and low for restaurants that served dishes you could alter, get a discount, etc. menus aren't set in stone. Secondly, try thinking outside the box in terms of food and meals while you're out. Maybe bring a variety of power snacks as above…

I would cut the cheese entirely, I used to love cheeseburgers so much but I switched to hamburgers since... Well I want to taste the juicy beef more anyway! I like to do it with some delicious mustard and onion and maybe a touch of ketchup with a nice relish or pickle! Burgers are awesome

I cooked a rosemary lemon garlic lamb roast with oven potato wedges and asparagus. I did it all from scratch, it was totally on the fly and ultra delicious. For dessert we had tres leches cake my bf made :)
