Since I'm small I don't get many calories even at maintenance, 1500 seems way too little sometimes :(

Had this last week with my mum, got told I shouldn't lose any more weight and look as if I need to put a few more pounds on. D: I guess it's just a mother thing..

I feel the same after losing 17 lbs, my partner says he can't tell much cos I wasn't overweight before. I can tell the difference on my stomach but thighs not so much D: There will be a difference, you may have just lost weight more in some places than others.

Once a week, Friday morning. I feel that weighing myself everyday and seeing gains that aren't true would make me feel less motivated. I can weigh anywhere between 1-2lbs more during the day than I will the following morning.

I go over the majority of the time but don't really pay much attention to it, as long as I'm loosing weight and eating relatively well I don't care.
