Zomg how I'd love to take a normal bath..in my current bath I fit, but take up 90% so I can only fill it a few inches or else it floods when get in, lol..i have dreams tho!

I weigh like 90% of what I eat and it really helps me. I bought "Smart Weigh Digital Kitchen Scale" on amazon, and I love it. Very accurate, buttons with a tactile response, looks high quality and has a ton of units to measure by...highly recommend it!

I just can't wait to have a butt..my back goes straight in to my legs, so my pants always fall down...like i can pull my pants straight off with my belt tight...ugghhhh lol

Yeah a booth that's touching my belly is no beuno. I see small ppl hop up stairs and like, get air between each step, and I'm like kung fu panda when I look at those same steps..

I have cheat meals, where I know it might be 1500 calories or whatever..but I don't typically have cheat days. I try to work the big meal into my plans by filling up on lown calorie volume, like lots of veggies and water, to stay full until that big meal.

330 to 230? That's basically my goal, I was 337. Just made it back under 300, at 296 now..super stoked!! Thanks for sharing!

Happened to me yesterday...I ate a couple extra treats and drank a big bottle of water, that's stopped the cravings =)

I've lost 40lbs and my pants only feel a tiny bit more loose. No worries =)

I'm normally not a super hungry person, especially if I'm working a lot...but today I want to eat everything..just happens, no biggie!

This all seems pretty simple..she said that now she's eating a lot of fruit, veggies, and chicken...assuming she ate much more calorie dense things before (chips, cookies, burgers, pizza, etc.) that would explain how she got overweight before and now has a hard time eating "enough" OP I know how ya feel, I have a hard time…

@Kalikel thanks for the sound advice and staying civil..other people get hostile for no reason at all. Anyway, couple things. My doc didn't recommend this, I just kinda winged it. He saw what I was doing after I'd been going for a while, and since I was losing weight and feeling great, he's fine me continuing. But I do eat…

40lbs down, almost all my food is eaten (is that a word??) between 5pm and 9pm...I don't think your body cares what time it gets food =)

I weigh myself toooo often, but now I'm becoming desensitized to the fluctuations.. One day I weighed in the morning at 302 and that night was 311, so just know these things happen. imo, pick a time, maybe morning before showering or whatever, weigh then, but still try not to get disheartened by supposed weight gains. =)
