I love my quest bars..oreo and double chocolate chunk are great, especially if microwaved for like 10 seconds. The macros are great..I'd suggest quest bars instead!

When I started eating "clean-ish", and really watching my sugar intake, my ibs type symptoms really just stopped..also when I make poor food choices, they come back..just my 2 cents.

Im fairly sure by "fear" you mean "eagerly await"...well, sorry to disappoint, but I'm in it for the long haul, and expressing frustrations as they come is part of my process. Clearly some users here either share my sentiment, or have useful advice, so that's not gonna change.

Lol woke up this morning hung over and frustrated about calories..luckily I bank a lot of cals through the week for this sort of thing...either way I think I'm just going to put my foot down with the buddies from now on, maybe only drink heavenly every month or two.

I don't know how mio effects teeth, but I assume it's much less detrimental than really acidic, or sugary drinks.. I LOVE mio, and feel it's been super important in my 50+ loss.

OP, I'd say have a night a week, or month or whatever that you don't care much about calories..but still try to log…

Right?! volume and protein/calories ratio...If I eat whites instead of whole eggs, I get a lot more protein and a bigger plate for the same 150 calories...6 servings of egg whites vs 2 eggs basically

I get you..I have a really hard time not cleaning my plate..so when someone makes me breakfast with like 1500 cals, I know I'm going to go over that day haha...I just try to work around that particular diet flaw.

This is incorrect. Last time I ate that little was months ago, I started to feel lethargic so I've upped my calories quite a bit..thanks for your concern.
