  • Looking to loose 100lbs... Need something to keep me accountable. Ive lost weight before around 24-30lbs then i got pregnant and the weight piled on. Im now at my heaviest and wanting/needing to do something to get fit before daughter learns to walk so i can run around after her
  • Walking works wonders I miss my morning and evening walks but until it gets lighter again I'm re-hitting the gym and starting swimming again
  • I find having a banana and bottle of water with me help if I get cravings.
  • I lost 24lbs last year mostly through walking and using MFP (my fitness pal) everyday. I was surprised at how easily it came off. I've always struggled to lose weight I'm 5ft 4 and around 250lbs. I've at least 60lbs to lose. Baby steps lol
  • I'm taking it everyday, I go away in October and want to loose as much as possible but as long as I'm lossing even just 1lb p/w I know it's a step in the right direction.
  • I started a fresh again two weeks ago, weighing 243 lbs so far I have lost 9lbs :-) I agree with madhatter1985 it's good to see a group for those who are wanting to loose a lot. Feel free to add me and let's keep each other motivated. I log everyday aswell.
