I know what you mean when I first started I would have to force myself to work out in the evening now I crave it! The tiredness is a lot to do with your inactiveness once you start working out your energy levels will rise in a couple of weeks good luck

Hey Hun first congrats on the newest bubba!! I work out 30 mins a day 6x a week when I put my little girl to bed and I've seen a huge difference in 2 months!! I do a mixture of cardio videos on YouTube, because I haven't got the time or money to go to the gym lol

Good luck and well done for making the changes you already have!!! I also had a bad birth and ended up having physio to help walk properly again (my little girl is Nearly 5 and I'm still traumatised lol) I've sent a friend request

Yes I'm always under calories and I only seem to be going over on the carbs but I can't help it I really love my shreddies a bowl of oatmeal doesn't sound very appealing to me lol

Isn't Yoghurt quite fattening :/ would it be better to have the fat instead of the carbs

Thank you! I do 30 mins of cardio 6x a week.... I do all my working out at home so I use work out videos on YouTube my favourites which I have had these results with are body project work outs I alternate between low,high and HIIT workouts I love them easy to follow and challenging but not impossible

When people have a baby they post a picture, get married post a picture, graduate post a picture would these pictures also fall under narcissism, I think any period in your life you are happy/proud and feeling accomplished you should be allowed to share without being labelled

I was a terrible chocoholic I would eat the massive family bars to myself multiple times a week

I take one "selfie" every Friday and I post a before and after at each month mile stone I reach..... I do it because I'm proud of myself for achieving those goals not because of what others will think lol

Remember you are not only losing fat you are building muscle which is denser DONT pay that much attention to the scale I'm a stone heavier then when I started but look a million times better!!! KEEP GOING!!!
