Hi community it's a long shot but is there anyone on here from Northern Ireland who would like to become friends and motivate each other?
so in February I decided enough was enough when I looked in the mirror I gave up smoking and started working out at home, I've battled a lot of injuries so it's been slow progress but I'm almost at goal weight and for the first time in 5 years I can say I weigh under 11st
So today is my 2 months mile stone here are my results so far Still have a fair bit to go but I'm not going to stop determined to the core!!
ok so I love shreddies (malt wheats tesco) I have them every morning without fail, I was under the impression cereals are a healthy breakfast option but from starting this app it seems there not! What do you guys eat for breakfast please give me some ideas thanks because it seems I'm eating way too many carbs!

hey everyone I'm 2 months into my work out/diet I've noticed big improvements so far hoping to make friends and get some motivation and positivy around me Like they say surround yourself with like minded people and you can't fail!!! I've also quit smoking it was 4 months yesterday!!!
