hey everyone I'm 2 months into my work out/diet I've noticed big improvements so far hoping to make friends and get some motivation and positivy around me

Like they say surround yourself with like minded people and you can't fail!!!

I've also quit smoking it was 4 months yesterday!!!

    Looking to tone and work out not really dieting (Counting calories etc) just cut out all the bad stuff still have the occasional treat anyone wanna help so we can motivate each other please add me

    Great work ! Congrats :)

    I have been working out and keeping a tab on what I eat for the past month. Lost a couple of pounds(10). Hopefully my tummy shall become flatter and more toned in the next few weeks.
