  • Keto is pretty good for this. As I'm writing at about midnight I've had around 1500kcal and my fitbit claims I burned about 4,300kcals today from some pretty serious hiking so I'm certainly going to eat more today. But the point is I'm not hungry I'm still full from my 900kcal post hike meal.
