I use garmin connect but it seems to have stopped automatically syncing with my fitness pal. Anyway i can do it manually or get it to start doing it again?

My first time too. Going to stretch myself and aim for 200! Had planned on skipping tomorrow as i have s 6 hour drive but wont now. Did 19 yesterday and 6 today (25) :)

Check out www.jeffgalloway.com He does very effective training schedules over many distances using run/walk/run. You will not get injured snd you will be able to capitalise on your faster shorter distances to develop s faster time on a longer event. I promise you it works and is user friendly

It might be worth using a heart rate monitor to judge the csloroe burn. The best thing about weights is that u develop musvle which uses more fat. So dont be unduly worried about cslorie burn
