19 year old my weight is 117lbs. I am 5 ft 6inch Is this to low, do I need to put a little weight on?

At 19 I was a little lighter than that (I'm also 5'6"). I let nature take care of itself. (College etc)
The question I want to ask is: have you been trying to lose, have others told you you're too thin, do you perhaps have an ED? For me it was just a young metabolism. It worked itself out with age as it often does.
But again, I'd want to know more about the questions I've asked.0 -
What is your current gym routine?
From your profile, it sounds like you are already slim, but want to build muscle. To do that, you need to be lifting heavy.0 -
Probably lift while eating at maintenance or bulk and add somme muscle.0

I have been training to lose weight, I used to be 126lbs. I wasn't happy at that size I wanted to be thinner
