personal preference mate, I sometimes eat salad just as a meal by itself, other times i have it along with whatever i'm eating sometimes not at all. As long as you keep the salad helathy and limit the amount of (potentially) fatty salad dressing used you can have it whenever

I usually just double bra the ladies and that keeps them from roaming free. I did the 30 day shred with all its star jumping fun and I didn't knock myself out so yeah that worked wonders for me :)

Yeah I'm 102kg on the dot. I know my BMI is bad and that yes I'm classed as obese given my height and weight but that's what I meant by not looking as big as I should at least I don't to me. If I was a few inches shorter and the same weight I'd probably look like the side of a house but as I am now I don't.
