  • Went for my first run since March, when life went crazy for awhile and exercise went out the window. So excited to get back at it!
  • You look amazing! There are so many things to love about this picture. Also I LOVE your dress- where do you shop??
  • You look fantastic! What a commitment- well done!
  • Haha I totally was! I couldn’t stop grinning and kept trying to take selfies that would both capture my euphoria and not make me look like too much of an idiot to all the people around me :)
  • Ran 10km for the first time in my life this morning!
  • Ok I’ve got an unusual one: I live in Holland and use my bike to get everywhere. Today I noticed that my cheeks don’t bounce up and down anymore when I ride over cobblestones!
  • I went dairy-free for my skin (for rosacea) and it made a huge difference, but that’s a pretty specific skin condition. (Oil cleansing helped a lot as well, but that’s a different thread!). I don’t eat vegan cheese as I just find it disappointing but I make my own almond milk which is easy and delish, and soy yoghurt with…
  • Have increased my cardio recently. Last night had a spinning class with the hardest instructor at the gym, and afterwards I felt somewhat disappointed with myself because I didn’t feel like I was dying (which is always the case after spinning) so I must not have pushed myself as hard as usual. Then noticed my sweat-soaked…
  • This is so hard - I’ve been there! What’s helped a lot for me is a diet change - no dairy (this is the major culprit for me), limited alcohol, sugar and chocolate- and oil cleansing on my face. My skin reacts to almost every cleaning and moisturizing product; oil cleansing is the first time it didn’t do that. It’s taken…
  • Holy cow you look amazing!
  • Well done! Spinning is awesome!
  • I’ve dealt with this for many years, but only fairly recently have discovered what a huge impact my diet has (not just quantity and regularity, which I always thought) but quality. I don’t have to avoid carbs altogether (whole wheat, oats, others with a slower burn are fine) but white bread/white flour and/or sugar are…
  • Getting a head start on my 12 km/week goal as will be traveling next week and it will be hard to run. Thought I finally cracked this running like a gazelle thing until I turned back and realized there had been a massive wind in my back! Oh well....
  • First timer on here. Running around 30 mins/5 km but pretty inconsistently. Working my way towards an hour/10 km. Goal for January is 12 km per week, every week.
  • Also working towards a 10k goal, but have a little trouble with consistency. Feel free to add me!
  • I just downloaded both of these. - can’t wait to get started!
  • I'm 5'8 and 155 lbs. Have been tracking and exercising, and losing sloooowly at about 0.5 per week. Planning to add weights and hope to get to 140-145. I think this weight looks best on me but then again I was 20 years younger last time my weight was this low!

  • Almost! Female in the Netherlands 5'8 SW: 165 CW: 155 GW: 145 (and some new muscles)
  • Me too! I've lost a couple of pounds on my way to a loss of 15 lbs (hopefully!) and am doing it super slowly so it's manageable and I don't get too hangry - but it's sometimes hard to keep up the motivation at this slow pace!
