  • I do intermittent fasting. I eat my meals later in the day which has helped with the binging. Being full before bed has made a big difference. I usually eat 500 calories between 6-8pm than I'm full and have no urge to binge.
  • I started at 390 July 5th, 2015 and today (January 3rd, 2016) I'm down 60lbs. I fell off the wagon a bit after thanksgiving and was able to maintain and not gain but I'm disappointed I didn't lose. • Good luck! It's a slow but worthwhile journey! Once I found a way of eating that worked for me it became so much easier! I got a food scale and really kept track about how much I am truly eating.
  • First post I read today! Needed it! I'm at the point today that if I see another chicken breast I'm gonna punch a hole in the wall. Just gotta keep going!
  • I got mine at Target. Goes up to 400lbs and it was $20. I just went to there scale section and checked out which ones went up the highest. They even had one that went up to 450. Edited to add: After clicking on the link in the comment above I have that same scale.
