I've done it all myself without counting macros but I'm at a standstill the past 3 months, haven't made any progress so I've decided to give this a go. I'm at a cal deficit of 1861 as it is

So do I enter in my exercise everyday? Then I would have 100-200 Cals left for the day? My daily allowance is 1861?

How would I calculate it? Training days I'm on 40%carbs 25%fats 35%protein ?

If I did go low carb do I have to make up my macros with fats/protein?
