  • I've been doing this for 2 and a half years almost. I felt very much like you for around 6 months. I don't have that problem anymore. It goes away. Try and keep busy. Bubblegum helps, so does chewing gum. Sugar free of course. I found over time, that if I permanently stayed away from treats, I rarely craved them anymore. I…
  • I've hit the exact same figure on the scale 3 times now, at 3 different periods over the past year. I can never go beyond those digits. But I will persevere! I wondered the same thing about myself. Maybe this is the weight I'm meant to be. If it is still after perseverance, I will accept that. 78 sounds healthy for a Male.
  • I do vigorously weigh all of my food. I also recently had a diet break, and gained 11 pounds, so I'm not going to do that 7 weeks back in. But I understand the method of what you are saying. It's just frustrating, as I've got to this exact weight so many times, and it won't hop over that precise figure on the scale. It…
  • I am 39 years old, I've lost 75 pounds. I have a healthy BMI now. I was obese. I've fallen off the wagon a few times, but it didn't get out of hand. I am heading into early menopause, so I gain weight easily. It's been a journey. But the longer you do it, the easier it gets. Finding tasty foods and snacks is key. Enjoying…
  • 80 pounds loss. Took me 3 years, because I'm human, and I suffered emotional eating problems. I am happy to say, that I have conquered my emotional relationship with food.
  • Fat free cottage cheese with pineapple and chicken. Always fills me up. Grape nuts are good too for breakfast.
  • I'm off to cook. I'll probably be hungry later. I'll do 60g dry.
  • I have pretty much given up artificial sweetener. For years I didn't understand why I had intense hunger pain an hour after eating. It's only in the past 4 weeks I realised that it was aspartame in diet pepsi causing it. I've swapped it for water and I no longer feel hungry every single hour. I have coffee a day and I now…
  • Thank you all for replying. I know what to do now.
  • Thanks :) I'm in the UK. Our pasta just says 100 grams nutrition. I eat white pasta. Don't love whole wheat. I'll cook 100 grams of the 500 gram pack of dried macaroni and weigh out 100 grams when cooked so I can get an idea.
  • Mine doesn't. Just says 100 grams. I am guessing 100 grams when cooked will be ALOT.
  • I'm staying away from sweet treats. I'm that person that can't stop if I get the taste. I've been chocolate free for 46 days. Which for me is amazing. Yes I do treat myself once a week to a whipped Greek yoghurt with strawberry sauce. I work this in to my daily allowance. My every day sweet fix I get is a bowl of Lucky…
