I slipped up big time today, bad breakfast, terrible lunch, MacDonalds for dinner and finished off the left over Halloween treats, It was ugly but it's all logged ready for a better day tomorrow ,

Is it based on steps per day, or walks logged in map my walk or strava ect?

I'm in , aiming for 30,000 steps a day, I have been doing 15-20 most days at work, so a walk after dinner should see me get there :)

That's a tough question, I can't see myself stopping in the foreseeable future as it works really well for me
