Just made them. They were a bit crumbly. Not sure if that's normal. On the plus the frosting tastes like chocolate cheese cake.

I lost 12 my first week mostly all water and bloat and I lost 1 this week. A pound a week is a pound a week.

Both. I made sure to avoid most carbs. Did have a bagel and some cereal but I do work out. I made sure to buy a food scale, and I'm sure that had a big impact on my results.

I had the buffalo 66 chicken wrap, a salad, ranch, and lemonade. All vegan. I tried to log other vegan items so hopefully I was close

I'm not in a studio. I have. DVD, same with my aerobics. I will look into a roller, but I have an inverted table that popped something back to where it goes. After I felt and slept a bit better. Thanks for the suggestions.

The pills are for broken sleep. I work over nights and take care of my daughter is the day. Take her to school, sleep a few hours, pick her up, dinner, homework, sleep till work. Still, mattress adjustment may be nice.

hey, I'm new-ish. just found out I'm insulin resistant so doc has me on a low carb diet. unsure of diets, since I never had much luck, but finding out about being insulin resistant makes sense. anyone know of low card way of living or what paleo is? been looking online but not understanding much.
