Yeah, I would say a goal like that is unrealistic and unhealthy. There might be some unexpected negative effects too. Loose skin is more likely with rapid weight loss. Started August 10th and down 35lbs. I have settled into a steady 1-2lbs per week with about 105lbs left to go, so quarter of the way there. Way to go everyone.
