I'm pretty open to things. It's my family that's picky. They will eat any sort of meat. Basic grains. Salmon. Some vegetables and fruits but nothing extreme.

Depending on what grade of matcha you have you could make anything. Muffins are delicious. Also a homemade green tea frap is always good

It could be dehydration, imbalanced electrolytes or low blood pressure or many other things. I suggest seeing a doctor. If you don't want to then get some pedialyte to help with electrolytes and digestive enzymes can help with the constipation. Make sure you are drinking enough water.

Losing your hunger and fullness cues is normal with any eating disorder. It's important to stay on a meal plan to help get them back. Phone alarms help with that. I also have found the app Recovery Record is really nice to have. It's free.

I would suggest talking to your therapist and getting a registered dietian if you don't have one. I know it's hard but skipping meals leads to binges and feeds the cycle. Snack on dried fruit if you feel like you don't want to have a big snack.
