I'm 5'4. So in the past year I have had many weight changes from 133 to 112. Currently I'm at 122. I'm hoping to get back down to 115 and work in building muscle. How many calories should I eat to get to 115? In the past I have gone wayy to low with an average intake of 400 calories. I want to Lose it fast and safely but then maintain it.

If you are weighing your food, and actually eating only 400 calories that is a dangerously low level. You can be seriously malnourishing yourself.

The minimum recommendation is 1200 for a female. Your maintenance level at your age/height/weight is about 1663.

I would say no lower than 1600 and eat your exercise calories back. Go to Scooby Method put in all your stats and go from there.

With only seven pounds to lose, fast isn't going to happen. Set your goal to half a pound a week, eat that amount plus half of your exercise calories, log everything accurately, and go from there.

Also, maybe look into body recomposition. It's likely you don't need to lose weight at all.
