I physically input all of the nutritional data into MFP myself. I weigh and track everything including my Saturday night treats. I’m an ex WW girl so weighing and tracking has become second nature to me now hahaha.

Thank you for this. I honestly thought after 5 weeks I would see a bit of difference. When trying to find info online I wasn’t getting anywhere.
