First, congrats. Second, were you eating more or exercising less around the time it came back? Were you exercising a lot in the first place?

I had a blood test before starting my diet/exercise regime and I was told my iron was low. Not anaemic low but borderline. Maybe that's the reason

It varies but usually over 1200 for sure. I do burn on average around 800 cals a day though when I work out. And I workout most days
