Hey feel free to add me. I'm 226, i went down to 200.6 (i'll never forget i was .6 away from my mini goal T.T) and gained most of my weight back. I need to love over 70lbs. My goal weight is 150 but I'll rethink that as I get closer. anyway I'm always looking for new friends :)

I agree, the elliptical is a bit "easier" than the treadmill, i can last much much longer. but once i become a stronger runner I don't think the elliptical will do it for me. But it also depends on your body, Some people can't run because of their joints, there is no impact with the elliptical.

the more you wear it the more accurate it becomes. i wear mine everyday and only take it off to shower (which is when i charge it)

Ive lost 11 lbs so far. all my measurements are the same. But my face is slimmer. my pants are a little loose by the knees. and my wrists look a little thinner and my collar bone will stick out more if i shrug my shoulders. but my waist isnt shrinking it's just where the weight is coming off first.

try looking for better alternatives. a sugarfree jello back isnt too high in calories. add in some fresh cherries to what ever flavor and throw in some chia seeds (or skip them) it wont be as bad as a chocolate bar

I have my calorie goal set to 1200 a week. i know very well i will be eating more than that. I weigh my foods and make meals that are 400 max. I want to make it down to 150 since i havent been this weight since like middle school. But once i get there it all depends on how i look and what my body fat percentage is. I have a scale that measures this. As long as the weight and body fat are going down, i know I'm doing something right.
