i love the charge HR. I love the heart rate monitor i can see how hard of a work out i got and how long I stayed in the different heart rate zones and because it can detect your heart rate you also get a more accurate reading of the amount of calories you burned :)

I used to walk around in circles around the file cabinets at my job. i had to sit near the phones and unfortunatly my job sucks major butt and i need to stay by my phone. it was ok until they put this desk in the way.... if i didnt have this job i'd be moving much more. try getting a scale that measures body fat/water/muscle percentage. I have the same problem and i bought one and it was the best thing. i could see the body fat go down and the muscle and water go up. (if your body fat is high it takes from the other two groups. (think of a pie chart {mmm pie})
