Ive gained some muscle and burned fat.... i dont think its true that you cant do both at the same time. Since muscle is more dense try measuring your neck, bust, waist and hips. i say the neck because thats one of the first places to start shedding fat.

i used to never eat breakfast and i ended up eating a lot more during the day because i was starving. Now i eat breakfast because i hate overeating later. but I guess its a personal preference :)

i love the chocolate! i didnt care for the vanilla. the german chocolate cake is yummy but i got bored and now i have cake batter. sometimes i throw in a little cinnamon for extra flavor. mmmmmm the cake batter kind of taste like a cinnabon when you add cinnamon to it :blush:

i was just about to say this!!!! i drink muscle milk and it keeps me full. Actually its what kickstarted my weight lose. I drink it inbetween breakfast and lunch, it keeps me full and it helps me eat a lot less later on. i also drink it after i work out :) (1 scoop only)

If you hate it then don't eat it. There are plenty of yummy healthy foods out there. By forcing yourself to eat something you hate, you wil give up on your diet.... Its not like you arent going to lose weight because you are not eating fish.

also i could never create enough of a caloric deficit with just diet alone. I eat pretty healthy. there's nothing major i should cut out from my everyday diet. the cardio helps me burn those calories.
