  • Thanks for your reply, I am adding it as food and it is showing in my snacks as -500 but not in my overall daily calorie allowance. I will add it manually as you say then I won't have to do it everyday either. Thank you for the post also I'm reading through it now!
  • I would also like advice on this ... I am logging my bf under the food section which shows it as -500 cal but it isn't taking it into account for my overall daily allowance. I am eating healthy and only cutting junk eating clean where possible but I am concerned about reducing supply. Hopefully someone with some experience…
  • I have also recently had baby no3 and as looking to lose 30lb would love to motivate and support everyone in this journey! I have tried to find weight in wednesdays group can't seem to locate it though.
  • Feel free to add me too, I lost weight a few years ago but after baby no.3 I am the heaviest I have ever been and am determined to loss weight and feel healthy again, which I think will take about a 30lb weight loss. I could really do with the motivation!
