Captain, you are doing amazing. We've had lots of rain that have definitely impacted my ability to get out there everyday as I'd hoped. Just got back from a weekend with my two friends, so it's back to my daily step challenge today and I am happy to see some sunshine as well. Keep up the great work! Sun Aug 17th - I…

Well done ladies! You are both doing really well. Keep up the great work! :) I had a slight gain just over a week ago and gained 1 pound but was delighted on Friday to see that I'd lost 1 pound, so I am very happy with that result. Here's to shedding more pounds for the upcoming week. :)

Honey, isn't it wonderful when you start to feel more comfortable being videoed or taking photos. I've hated both for years now because I could never reconcile myself to the way I looked. I think that's a wonderful NSV. Captain, had to smile when I read yours because I know there are lots of us that can relate. Never mind…

I forgot to update my stats. Friday was my WI day and I've lost another 1 pound. It was also time for me to do my measurements too and I was happy to see I've lost 2 inches as well. Yay! I am going to try and improve the inch loss this upcoming month too. I'd like to double that. :)

You'll get those pesky pounds back off again. Hope you enjoyed your holiday! ;)

Hi all, sorry I haven't been posting this week but the weather here has been lousy and we've had rain, rain, and more rain for days on end. That impacts me getting outdoors to walk because of balance issues. I did manage 5,039 steps yesterday and I hope to get outdoors again today with luck. CB, you've had a great week.…

Yesterday I managed to get for a decent walk again and I managed 10, 646 steps and 5km. We've been getting lots of rain and have more on the horizon which may make my daily walks sporadic this upcoming week, but I will do my best. :)

Wow, that's really impressive. That is certainly an achievement and one very well worth being proud of as well. You must have felt like a million bucks that day especially to earn that kind of recognition and praise from your Sensei who I am sure is not easily impressed. Isn't it wonderful to see our efforts and dedication…

Man I just lost my post! Okay will try this again. Don't be too hard on yourself Ginette, we've all been there. When you are tired and have a lot going on it's very hard to keep up the discipline to organize, plan and prep all your meals. I find for myself this is the KEY to success. The weekend is fast approaching so if…

Super stoked this morning for WI day. Just got off the scale to see I've lost 3 pounds! Yipee! What a great way to start the upcoming week! I'm a happy bunny and that brings me to 18 pounds lost to date! o:)

I've forgotten to log my steps the past couple of days will do better this upcoming week. You're doing great though - keep going!
-
Well done! Great to see those calories being burned off and even better when you are enjoying yourself doing it too!

Today is my WI day and I was happy to see another loss on the scales - 1 pound which makes a grand total of 15 pounds to date. Looking forward to another good week on plan! :)
-
Congratulations - 4 pounds that 's amazing well done!
-
I managed 7,882 steps and 4.2km on Sunday - no walking yesterday though. If it stops raining I'll see what I can accomplish today.
-
Yes, I will hun - hopefully a few months in the future.
-
Wow - that's impressive! But your poor feet - you really suffered. Hope it's all healing now for you though.
-
I wish I could do that - who knows - perhaps in the future. ;)
-
Hahaha this one pretty much sums up my life at present ;)

Here's one that I've considered a few times hahaha

We do have a great and very supportive group. So glad we found each other. ;)

Glad to see you back Erin. Stress can be a killer in so many ways. Good for you that you've been able to maintain your calorie intake during this time and you've started back with the exercises too. Let's hope they help you burn off some of that stress!

Welcome to all our newest members - look forward to getting to know you better. We have a fabulous group here. :)

Congratulations! Well done! Good luck with your training. My fitness goals are more health based right now as I am challenged with a neurological condition, so I am focusing on strength and endurance working up to balance and flexibility improvements. ;)

A recent NSV for me was I've noticed I can walk faster now for longer periods of time. Not too long ago, walking into town would easily take me 40+ minutes and that was me exerting myself. Last week I made it in 27 minutes and I usually average 30 minutes! Yay! :)
-
I'll join in too ladies. I found my pedometer recently and I've been walking in some sessions - happy to say I am usually close to the 10,000 steps but I've hit over 18,000, 20,000 and 21,000 this past week. My poor feet - need to get new shoes with more cushioning because they are definitely taking a pounding LOL :)
-
Thanks! Today's walk will take me back into town. I am walking my poor feet into nubs - haha they need some extra cushioning me thinks. Perhaps some memory foam? Going to see what I can find.

Love the push up one - that sounds like me haha :)
