I was at 3,000 on average day a month ago. Currently aiming for 6000 a day which currently seems to require effort but is doable. Work from home desk job means I have to really try to get steps in.

I don't really want to lose any weight but I need to start eating better as I know I'm going to put weight on otherwise. Started running and did my first spin class this morning.

i'm doing my third 10k in early september. haven't run since last summer and now feeling a bit worried! trying to run 3 times a week, building up to 10k and then working on speed.
