Hey you can add in breastfeeding in the food - eg in snacks search foods for breastfeeding. It -500 for exclusively feeding and -300 for mixture of milk and solids! So usually if your little one is over 6 months. I try not to drop below 1800 calories as I have heard it can effect your milk. Plus I try to burn 500 calories…

You can add it from the food intake! Search Breastfeeding as a snack! It gives you -500 if exclusively breastfeeding and -300 if baby has with solids. Eg over 6 months. Oats are great for milk supply! I don't drop below 1800 calories a day, but try to exercise daily even just a walk! Add me if you want mummy motivation xxx

Hey I am 32 years old and a mother to 3. My newest addition is just 12 weeks old. I keep blaming my busy life for my weight gain. But it's not, it's me! I am now holding my hand up and going to attack it. As I know I will feel so much better when I have control -add me and we can help each other xx

I just read a tip that you can add breastfeeding through the foods. So takes off the calories. I have always been told by many sources that exclusive breastfeeding is 500 calories and when combining with solids (6 months) then 300 calories. I believe that the food sector has breastfeeding for twins too xx
