Well you should lose weight to help with your cholesterol. You can do this by avoiding bad fats and moderation of good fats with a lots of fiber in the diet. Also keeping the calorie count lower than your regular intake. Consistency in food intake is the key to losing weight Good luck

Well I have one small advice whatever you are craving or can't wait to eat is always available . So if you can avoid that extra slice or piece of food do it because it is going nowhere.

Sounds like a commercial on TV :) lol but anyway the thing about eating affects everyone differently some people have faster metabolism than others. So you have to step back and analyze to see what you eat will keep your weight away or make you gain it good luck

2 lbs per week is kind too steep in my opinion. Basically the equation to speed weight loss is burn more calories than you consume. But kind of calories also dictates of how fast you lose weight if you take take food that has more fat and sugar then your will only shed pounds slowly

Technically speaking if you are under your calorie count and do cardio you should lose weight but if you start eating junk food that has fat content you body may refuse shed pounds because it is already get fat from outside and will not use the reserve.
