Thanks :) the guilt will pass as soon as the yucky feeling has gone, I find the guilt is generally more about eating something that makes me feel icky

Urgh, I just made one of those brownie in a mug things and although I didn't eat all of it, I just feel kinda gross

I was unwell today and have had a few sleepless nights so I basically just slept most of the day, which is another reason why I wasn't eating, don't worry, not purposely restricting
