We talking unhealthy snacks? I eat a brand of popcorn called 'Skinny popcorn' 78 calories a bag. Pombear crisps 95 calories a bag. Alpro yogurt I think around 80 calories a tub. Also occasionally eat a whole tub of ice cream to myself called 'Almond dream' doesn't even hit 500 calories, it's like 450!! Only do it every…

Bored with the choices? Pizza, burgers, pasta, risotto, stir-fry, noodles, curry, burritos, lasagna and I haven't even started on all the faux meat you can buy! And all the fruit and veg you eat. I'm vegan myself, and I thought I wouldn't be able to eat anything, but you just get more creative with food. :smile:

Even if you mess up one day just make sure you log it! I used to have cheat days and not log them, then I'd think I'd failed myself and give up but logging all your food is the key. You see what you've eaten the past week and realise how much you actually eat vs how you think. You can do this! :sunglasses: Logging is key!!…
