getting into a new routine

hi everyone! I've tried this app a few times before but I am trying to stick with it and be more concious of how bad I was eating before, lots of pasta and carbs I'm Italian I can't help myslef, I've been logging all week so far so good. Trying to loose a little weight I put on in the past year and get into a fitness routine. Looking to make some friends on here so feel free to add me
