If you get some popsicle forms from the dollar store you can freeze greek yogurt.

Fitbit has been working pretty well for me. The app lets you map you walk as well. The band will protect the fitbit from rain but I don't think your supposed to use them while actively swimming. I have no experience with the Misfit.

Get an electronic food scale. It makes it much easier to track exactly what you are eating. Don't cut your calories to severely. If you are eating at a deficit the weight will come off, but you want to do it safely. If you do have a bad day and go over your calorie limit, don't get discouraged and start beating yourself…

Just finished Tales from the Borderlands on steam. Also recently beat The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword.

Try planning out your meals for the rest of the week. If you make a plan your become invested in following it. If you know certain meals you like but make too much of plan for leftovers.

I used water at first to save money since it is cheaper than oil (being free from the tap). I discovered that the fat would melt and float to the top so I could drain out the fat. Also if the phone rings and I get distracted the meat will not burn in water.

Consider making your diary viewable. People can offer more specific advice if we can see exactly what is happening in the weekends.

Sounds from your post like your issue might be portion control. Consider getting smaller bowls and plates. That way your plate looks full but has less food on it. Also as the weather gets nicer try getting out. I know I have an easier time with my diet when I am physically removed from my food source.

Brown beef in a pan with water (you won't burn it and less fat than oil). When meat is browned add can of rinsed garbanzo beans. 2 or 3 handfuls of frozen peas, 2 tsp minced garlic, and black pepper to taste. Once heated through serve over rice.

It might help to eat before you exercise. You will have increased blood flow to your muscles and the nutrients will help their post exercise recovery.

Not sure what you mean by clean. Chili is easy to take the meat out of. I mix garbanzo beans with kidney beans to add some color.

Nice pictures everyone!

Popcorn with spices. Easy to make and eat while playing.

I'm down 63 pounds since last spring. I've been a little less active since the cold weather set in, but still planning to loss more.

At work playing minecraft on PS Vita tonight.

Chili is an easy thing to take the meat out of. I used a mix of kidney and garbanzo beans with tomatoes and corn. If I could get my 8 year old to eat it I would add onions and peppers.

Good luck. I started around 300 and have lost approx 63 since last spring. It is definitely doable just don't expect the weight to come off too quickly. It is going to take some time.

I don't always have a refrigerator and often work in a vehicle, so I look for things that don't go bad, don't spill, and don't need to be heated. I've had good luck with popcorn mixed different blends of spices. Carrots work well (only time they got nasty was on 90 degree day when I left the ziplock on the dash). The…

Worstcaster on PSN and Miiverse.

That great. Keep it up!

Will your Microsoft band sync with MYFITNESSPAL? My fitbit syncs with it that way calorie adjustments are not added twice. I use the Fitbit app for walking and hiking. I would use MYFITNESSPAL to enter everything else.

Try to plan out your meals for the week including the weekend. Make sure the meals include foods you enjoy so it doesn't feel like a chore. Once you hit your weight loss goal set your daily calorie goal for weight maintenance and keep tracking your intake so you don't gain back.

As long as you have a GPS signal it should work.

Any lean meat should work.

Keep up with your logging. Seeing how much you are taking in really is critical to losing weight. As you slowly start to lose the weight seeing the changes on the scale and your appearance is a big motivator. It is also a great feeling as you realize how much easier it is to move around without getting out of breath.

Cube into bit sized pieces and parboil, until almost cooked through. Toss in frozen corn, peas, and canned or fresh mushrooms. Once all is cooked pour in a can of cream if chicken soup and mix. Serve over rice.

Congratulations. Little things like that can be great motivators. I knew I was getting somewhere, when I had to start cutting extra notches in my belt to keep my work pants up.

What is your daily calorie goal?

No calories or additives.
