I second the pasta. The spinach goes well in the sauce and is a good way to hide it if you have kids that might complain. Also try dry browning some pinenuts, put them aside. Wilt some spinach in oil then mix in the nuts and serve.

There is a lot of good information on the forums which should help you. The big thing is to fill in your daily food diary to keep track of your calorie intake. I've been mixing 1 can kidney beans, 1 can garbanzo beans, 1 can diced tomatoes, and a cup of corn over low heat. Mix in the spices and serve over rice. I really don't miss the beef in this one.

I'm on the road a lot for my job. I try to preplan meals but still eat out often. The Asian chicken salad from Mcdonald's is not too bad calorie wise and tastes pretty good with the low calorie sesame ginger dressing.

Fresh fish or small game on a stick. The only problem is you need to know your local regulations, have the right licenses, and if you don't succeed than you will go hungry without a back up.

As long as your calorie count is a deficit you don't need to worry too much about macros. If you are a diabetic you may want less carbs. If you want to protect your muscle mass while losing weight then increasing your proteins may be a good idea.

What are you defining as slow? It took a while to put on the weight, so it will take a while to take off. As long as you are losing weight, you are still moving towards your goal. What is your daily calorie goal and are you measuring your intake?

Try entering anything you plan to binge on into the diary before you eat it. This way you force yourself to see the damage done. Try to find something to do that gets you out of the house and away from your food source.

Sorry, that was supposed to be a link to Pinterest, but it was just the picture. Open up the chicken breast, put in one Weight Watchers string cheese, a piece of roasted red pepper and 5 leaves of baby spinach. Wrap the chicken around using toothpicks to hold it closed. Grill for 5 minutes then flip and grill for another 5.
