  • Macros are you bread and butter. Caloric intake is important but if you have hit your macros for the day your good unless your looking for muscle gain.   • No damage at all, it's only going to cause a ripple effect if it's something regular. As long as your eating healthy and in the gym regularly a cheat meal or snack won't affect you. :)
  • I'm gaining weight to, load up on your breakfast in calories, protein and carbs. Chicken, eggs, turkey sausage or oatmeal and bananas! For me I eat 3 eggs and 8oz of turkey sausage and I have gained 3 pounds consistently. Lots of protein.
