  • Well here's my opinion. If peant butter triggers your want to eat (cheat) or whatever else does maybe getting rid of it is an option. Put a note on the fridge,pantry,cupboard or whatever saying "wait 5 mins" maybe you'll start doing something else and forget about it or maybe you'll have to wait another 5". All good…
  • Look at it as not being hard, but the more you practice the easier it will get. Planning will make it easier. I plan the day before so when I wake up I know what my intake for the day will be before I start the day. Does that make sense? Let me know what you think. Stay positive!
