Im currently addicted to these chicken souvlaki skewers with tzatziki i found at Walmart. And the green giant cauliflower tots. Mmmmm Oooo and superstore has a really really good frozen shrimp burger.

I second carrots. Allll the carrots. I stress eat too and carrots or blueberries are the first thing i grab.

I just use 2 milk. Used to be a 2 cream, 2 sugar (mmm double double) but started cutting out my sugar. It took a while to get used to but now i cant handle the sweetness of anything other then milk in my coffee.

Takis. The fuego flavour. Ohhhhh how i could eat bags and bag. They used to be harder to find here, i had to go to the latin store which is way out of the way but now my grocery store sells them. So far ive stayed away.

I had mine out in 2014 and weighed almost 350. This past january i decided it was time to lose weight and am down almost 70lbs. I dont feel like my lack of gallbladder has affected my weight loss at all.

Ive had a few crazy food weekends since ive started mfp and i always tell myself its not really a huge deal as long as im right back on track and dont make a habit of it. I crochet. Sometimes its a mindless and easy project while i watch netflix. If im really having a hard time forgetting about the snack i want i get on youtube and find a difficult crochet pattern and learn it. Requires more concentration and gets my mind thinking of something else. Plus i learn a new skill.

Ive been eating whatever i want since january. If it fits in my calories, it goes in my mouth lol. I have a thing for caramel sundaes from macdonalds. Im down 60lbs so its working for me.

If they fit in my calories, i eat the carbs. Yesterday i knew there was garlic bread for supper....so i cut back my lunch a bit and skipped a snack and enjoyed the hell out of that garlic bread. Carbs arent as horrible as theyre made out to be. Everything in moderation.
