Been working on it for about a month now...it's grueling but i see results. Up 4 lbs. but people are telling me to slow it down and only gain 1/2 lb per week

yeah you're definitely right lol I've just made it a habit to take three so it's not really a burden but I'll most likely cut it back since I agree, you don't need three tablets worth

I don't track the vitamin in myfitnesspal, should've said that sorry. I take it three times because the directions say to TBH, so you think I should cut back a little?
-
sorry the picture is huge...keep in mind that I do eat fruits and veggies just didn't write them down on the excel sheet as well as I do take a multivitamin 3x daily as well as BCAA

mind giving me of an example of what you eat so I can get an idea?

maybe 'lean' bulking is the term I'm looking for? I don't know I just enjoy eating healthy foods honestly, don't get me wrong I indulge every now and then buy I'm that guy that hasn't had a sip of soda in almost 5 years and fast food in almost 4...I'm annoying I know...

Really? not IMO, using the same technique I used for my recent measurement, it read my BF at 5% back when I was playing soccer competitively daily, for my personal body type, at 9% i don't look impressive. The device I used is at my gym, you stand on it and hold the handles, not sure how accurate it is, I'll take down the…

i use the yogurt for my dairy intake should I eat more? I actually eat fruit and veggies for snacks just forgot to add them in the excel sheet

yea I've been seeing a lot of people eating that here, I might give it a try!
-
thanks for the advice! I find it hard to hit +3,000 without a mass gainer, but I guess if I just eat whatever and make sure it fits my macros it will be easier
-
yea i used a myfitnesspal search for salmon since I forgot to take a picture of the nutrition facts so I'm sure it's a little off
-
thanks for the advice, majority are giving me the same advice so I'm going to give it a try and see how my body responds.
-
Thanks, I think that's what I'm going to stick to
-
Haha I wish man, unfortunately I look much smaller than it sounds lol working on it!
-
awesome man thanks!

I agree, fat comes from excess calories, doesn't matter the food. I'll look into dropping some protein and adding some carbs or fat. Thanks!
-
yea definitely feel (and am) much stronger in my lifts. I feel though that the mirror is not equalling my strength and weight gain, maybe I'm being impatient?
-
me personally, i think of dirty bulking as eating outside or fast foods and such, foods that aren't nutritious IMO. Maybe the industry sees it otherwise. so you think i should drop from 1-2lbs a week to .5?
-
Oh trust me, i know, I just want to gain weight as clean as possible so when I cut, it won't be as hard compared to if I 'dirty bulk'.
-
I use optimum nutrition mass gainer to get me to +3000kcal. on a clean bulk as well.
