Whenever I start sprint routines my stomach quickly flattens. When I stop, it returns. I'd suggest incorporating sprints into your workouts if possible. I'm going to start back doing that. Hill sprints as well if you can.

I'm not a fan of running either. I used to enjoy it somewhat. Now, not so much. I still do it though here and there.

I'm in the same boat. I've never weighed this much but we gotta push ourselves. I'm kind of grateful for the gain though because my eyes are now open and I realize I need to live a healthier lifestyle. You can do it.
