I am losing weight at a good rate but it seems the belly fat remains the same. I just started crunches and leg raises yesterday, does anyone have any suggestions that might help with this.

Just keep eating a deficit, you can't pick where the fat burns from.
Sadly, for most of us, the gut is the last hold out.0 -

Unfortunately, there is no such this as fat loss spot reduction. Continue eating at a deficit and the fat will come off where it wants to.0

Whenever I start sprint routines my stomach quickly flattens. When I stop, it returns. I'd suggest incorporating sprints into your workouts if possible. I'm going to start back doing that. Hill sprints as well if you can.0
