My original goal was 164 to be within a healthy BMI, got there and was not Nearly small enough... Yeah, I've had four Fitbit Charge HRs replaced within the last year and a half.. Broken strap twice, lost the charge too quickly and just stopped working... Two pounds from the 130s... I think the scale was inaccutate two months or so ago when it told me I was 138 because I'd been 143-145 ever since! That you (could) literally become obsessed with everything related to fitness. Most of your conversations (that you enjoy) are related to what classes you and others have taken that were great, how much you are lifting, etc. Meeting over exercise (instead of lunch) is your norm..

I comfortable rode a bike with friends around Key West and barely broke a sweat or had to stand out of the seat. It's crazy how you don't even know how fit you are/are becoming until you are amongst your peers and they are unable to do things which feel so natural to you!

That working out would become my social outlet.
