I have to disagree with the other posters...for someone who is (I assume) morbidly obese, 3.08 pounds a week seems completely healthy and realistic to me. I recommend weighing, measuring, and recording every single crumb you put in your mouth, drinking lots of water, getting plenty of sleep, and going for a 20 minute walk…

I have been eating 1200-1250 calories every day for the last two weeks. Last night I had an entire BBQ chicken pizza and four beers and I felt amazing about it. I'm drinking lots of green tea and water and putting lemon in and on everything and I've noticed that really helps get the water weight off. I'm lazy all the time so nothing has changed there lol.

My baby was born with chromosomal anomalies and died at 2 months old. That's why I gained my weight back too; I just didn't care anymore. Lots of alcohol and comfort foods. Add me if you'd like :)

I just asked a question very similar to this. I would say if you truly don't feel hungry, don't force yourself to eat and just see how the next day goes.

I'm also 5'4" and for me around 1300-1500 calories a day seems to maintain that weight. But I'm also pretty inactive. You could always just keep going and if you gain too much back just trim the calories a little.
