I wish I had seen this challenge at the first of the month. But I'm new to browsing around on MFP. I do great staying within my calorie goal until late evening and then nearly always throw myself over the top 200-300 calories. Like I give up and throw in the towel for another day .. Me too, beansandchips!! In fact I have found I stay really low on my calorie budget and then soar right past it between 8 ish to bedtime.
