I eat when I'm hungry. If I wake during the night feeling hungry I'll have a small snack. As long as you stick to your calorie deficit it shouldn't make any difference. Hasn't affected my weight loss at all. Good luck ☺

I used to have a bit of cellulite on my thighs. Since going to the gym 6 day's a week doing weights, Cardio and sticking to CI/CO it has finally gone away. I also think genetics have alot to do with it. Good luck ☺

I wear alot of lycra clothing to the gym. Some colorful and some black. It really comes down to being comfortable. Also your going to sweat if you didn't you wouldn't be working out hard enough.

I drink green tea every day but it definitely doesn't help with weight loss. CI<CO pretty simple........

It doesn't matter what time you eat as long as you stick to CI<CO. I eat late at night and it hasn't affected my weight loss. Good luck eat and enjoy. :smiley:

I drink green tea x50 and it doesn't help with weight loss at all. I drink it because it tastes good and is low in calories. It doesn't give extra energy either. As others have said CI<CO. :smile:

Unrealistic goal to loose 5 kilos in 2 weeks. You look great the way you are. If your worried about being flabby why not pick up some weights and tone up? But it wont happen in 2 weeks. As the above posters have said "go and buy a hot bikini and enjoy the beach". I honestly don't think you have anything to be worried…

Hi I'm 47 and fitter now than I was 20 years ago. I have a fitbit, average 30-35000 steps per day. Workout for up to 2 hours a day cardio and weight's. Stick to a daily deficit, log all food daily. Have lost 5.5 kilos since March this year and life is great. :smiley:

The only difference is the charge HR has a heart rate monitor. Other than that no difference. If your using a cross trainer, elliptical ect your fitbit won't count any steps. It will only show calories and active minutes. You will be happy with either. :smile:

Um am I reading this right? Your 50 kilo and you want to loose 5 kilo. Maybe you need to tone up with some form of exercise instead of loosing 5k. How tall are you ect!

I had my 12th major abdominal surgery 4 mths ago and put on 7 kilos. I started exercising 10 weeks ago doing cardio and weight training. I've lost 5 kilos as of today due to daily CI<CO and have lost several inches. I started very slowly and have gradually built up my core strength again. It takes time to get fitness back…

I'm a bit confused by your post? You lost 10-12 pounds per week? Went from a size 16 to 8-10 in 8 weeks? Then went to a size 2-4 at 130-140 pounds? Dropped 10 lbs in 3 days? Hmm wish weight loss was that easy!!! I see a red flag.......

Don't beat yourself up. Be kind to yourself. Log everything you eat and be honest with yourself. If you feel like having a binge, go for a walk, take a hot bath, papmper yourself and try and take your mind off food. Drink lots of water to curb your hunger. Theres a lot of great advice from all the above members, take it. <3

It depends on what type of exercise I've done, sometimes I'm tired other times I feel very energetic..... :smile:

It makes no difference to your weight loss eating late at night or through he night as long as you stick to your deficit. CI<CO. If I wake up hungry during the night I will have a healthy snack or drink and I'm still loosing weight. So many people say "don't eat after 6pm" it's a myth. I eat when I'm hungry :smiley:

You cant compare with pictures? You will know when you get to your ideal weight by the way you look and feel. Never compare to other people. good luck.

How can your stomach and chest get bigger when your intake is under 1000 calories? Are you sure your not pregnant? You definitely don't need to loose weight either. Your very thin already. Maybe talk to your DR.

Wow just had a look at your diary and cant believe how much sugar and fat you consume per day. And your loosing weight? I think you will find your weight loss will slow down and you really need to look at fruit, veg, fish, lean meats ect. You eat an awful lot of takeaway foods, maybe have them occasionally for a treat.…

I'm having the same problems my clothes are a lot baggier but the scales aren't going down much. But I've lost a lot of inches, fat and have gained muscle and am now really toned up. Don't worry about the scales, go by your clothing and measurements. I hardly weigh myself anymore its not worth stressing about. Good luck.…
