That's awesome. Right now im biking everyday ,and doing weights every other day, and only eating 2200 calories. Im hoping to reach below 200 by the end of the year.

Tnx everyone I have been lifting before cardio and it's been great. On leg day I do cardio first, because my legs are dead when I go biking. :)
