Hello. Im new here and I need tips on my workout routine. Should I do my bike ride first or should I do some lifting first?

    I've heard that it's good to do lifting before any cardio, so you can put all of your energy into it. On the other hand, I do a little cardio before lifting because I like to keep my heart rate up.I think it's really up to your personal preference.

    I'll try lift then cardio for 3 weeks see how it works out. Tnx for replying

    You could try alternating days cardio one day and lifting the next

    Thats fine as long as you save enough energy for a good strength session.

    Tnx everyone I have been lifting before cardio and it's been great. On leg day I do cardio first, because my legs are dead when I go biking. :)
