Hello. Im new here and I need tips on my workout routine. Should I do my bike ride first or should I do some lifting first?

I've heard that it's good to do lifting before any cardio, so you can put all of your energy into it. On the other hand, I do a little cardio before lifting because I like to keep my heart rate up.I think it's really up to your personal preference.0

You could try alternating days cardio one day and lifting the next0

Tnx everyone I have been lifting before cardio and it's been great. On leg day I do cardio first, because my legs are dead when I go biking.
