Ran a 10k charity run on Sunday- went for my first run in 2 years at the end of January so really happy that I ran the whole 10k- not setting any speed records but am getting fitter, and raised €230 for a good cause. Running is easier when you're lighter Am loving this thread- keep it going!

The moment when you can take any item out of your wardrobe and know it will fit you... The moment when you beat yourself up over the slow pace of your 5 mile run and then just realise you've run 5 miles... The moment when you see your hip bone protruding.... The moment when your head catches up with the fact that you are…

So many chances to make excuses not to go, but I didn't take any of them! Exactly this!

Went running (I use that word loosely) last night for first time since my son was born (9 months ago) Ran 4km in 28 mins, no stopping. It was cold, windy and dark. I had a pile of corrections to face when I got home (school teacher), a kitchen to clean and lunches to prepare for 3 school going kids- and I did it all. NSV-…

I found 1800 calories was right for me- just don't waste those calories!!

Porridge every morning helped me feel satisfied after a night of feeding, lots and lots of water and fruit, I was mindful of my protein intake- fish, eggs, even peanut butter on rice cakes. I finished nursing about 2 months ago but lost 30 lbs when nursing and I didn't restrict myself- just made good choices. Lack of sleep…

After avoiding biscuits, sweets and general 'goodies' for the past 6 months I suppose I've just forgotten how calorific sweet things are! I'm just nervous that over Christmas I lose the run of myself with all the get togethers, family gatherings, work dos- it goes on and on. Think I'll serve the pudding when I've lots of…

UK sizes 10-16, was 10-18, plus maternity clothes. Am now between a 14 and 16 and the occasional size 12 top! Crazy the variation in standard sizes from store to store, I find Next and M&S to be very generous. Aim is to get back to 10-12.

100 days of logging, so pleased with myself!
